A Modern Law Firm Built Around the People We Represent
CBW Law was built around a simple belief: when someone has been injured, exploited or wronged, the legal system should not feel like one more institution they have to fight.
It should feel like someone is finally on their side.
Scottsdale, Arizona Representing claimants nationwide
Who we are
Personal Injury, Mass Torts and Employment Law for Plaintiffs Nationwide
CBW Law, PLLC is a plaintiff-side civil litigation firm representing people whose lives have been changed by the actions of corporations, institutions, employers and others with far greater resources than the individuals they have harmed. Much of our work involves mass tort litigation and sexual assault claims, along with select personal injury, employment and other civil matters.
These cases can be complicated. They can take time. And for the person at the center of them, they are deeply personal.
Every case begins with a person, not a file number.
We combine the personal attention of a focused law practice with the technology, professional staff, resources and litigation relationships necessary to handle sophisticated cases from the first conversation through final resolution.
CBW is an Arizona firm, founded in Scottsdale and managing its cases from there — but Arizona is not the limit of who we represent. We take claims from people across the United States, and when a case calls for a lawyer admitted in another state, we bring one in rather than turn the case away.
The office is in Arizona. The practice is national.
We started CBW because we believed injured people deserved cases handled with a personal touch — and litigated by attorneys who lead their areas of practice.
Too often, people feel like just another file at a law firm during one of the most difficult times in their lives. We built CBW to make sure every client feels heard, supported, and connected with lawyers who know how to win.
Survivors of assault and abuse
Standing With Survivors
A significant part of our practice involves representing survivors of sexual assault and abuse. These cases ask for something more than legal knowledge.
We believe you.
You do not have to arrive with proof, or with a perfect memory, or with a story told in the right order. You do not have to have reported it, and you do not have to have told anyone before now.
There is no single way someone responds to trauma. There is no perfect way to tell a story. And there should never be an expectation that a survivor has to fit neatly into someone else’s idea of how a victim is supposed to behave.
We never lose sight of that.
Asking someone to discuss what happened may mean asking them to revisit one of the most difficult experiences of their life, so we go at the pace you set. Our role is to help you understand your legal options without ever forgetting that the person speaking with us matters more than the claim being evaluated.
Your story is heard here, and it is believed.
When we are able to help, we work to give our clients a path forward and a legal team prepared to stand beside them.
You tell us what happened. We’ll listen.
And when there is a path forward, we will help you understand what comes next.
